and news. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.

These terms apply when you access Dragontown Market or purchase from
Wildstyle Records through this storefront. By using the store, you
agree to these terms and our Privacy Notice.
Store and orders
Product descriptions, images, prices, availability and release or
shipping estimates may change. We try to present them accurately but
may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, refuse or
cancel orders, or withdraw products where reasonably necessary. Your
order is accepted when it is confirmed through Shopify checkout.
Prices, delivery charges, taxes, supported payment methods and the
final order total are shown at checkout. Payment and checkout are
processed through Shopify and its payment providers.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
Delivery timing may vary by destination, product availability and
pre-order status. Cancellation, exchange, return and defective-item
requests are governed by the current
Wildstyle Records Customer Care policy.
Permitted use
You may use this site only for lawful personal shopping and browsing.
You must not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorised access,
misuse checkout, introduce malicious code, scrape the site
unreasonably or infringe the rights of Wildstyle Records, Dragontown
or others.
Creative rights
The site design, recordings, artwork, photography, product designs,
text, trade names and other content are owned by or licensed to
Wildstyle Records and the relevant artists. No rights are granted
except the limited right to browse and purchase through the store.
Availability and responsibility
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent
permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or
consequential loss caused by use of, or inability to use, the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that
cannot legally be excluded.
